Is there a shipping fee?
- We charge $2.99 for shipping the initial starter pack order. Shipping is always free on orders over $15, whether it is a one-time purchase or subscription. Any order under $15 will be subject to a shipping fee of $4.99.
Where do you ship?
- We currently only ship within the US and not to any US territories.
How long does shipping take?
- We currently ship using FedEx SmartPost and DHL. It generally takes 3 to 7 business days depending on where you live. We provide a tracking link and send shipment updates via email and text so you’ll always know when to expect your trial or order.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
- Yes, we do!
Do you ship to Military Addresses?
- We proudly accept most armed forces addresses, although shipping times may vary. Just follow the regular checkout process and enter your appropriate APO/FPO/DPO address in the shipping section. Thank you, on behalf of Because, for serving our country!
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
- No, you do not. Shipments do not require a signature!
Will my shipments be forwarded if I move?
- The USPS does provide a mail forwarding service, but we can only guarantee delivery to the shipping address we have on file. If you are moving, please notify us and provide us with your new address 3 days prior to your order date.
How can I track my order?

Can I get my order shipped now?
